How do I become a PEL customer?
PEL Supply Company is a wholesale distributor of orthotic and prosthetic supplies. If your
facility works with orthotic, prosthetic or pedorthic patients, simply call for an application or
download the application directly from our website. If you are a wearer of an Orthotic or
Prosthetic device, please contact your Prosthetist or Orthotist, as we only sell to authorized
O&P facilities.
How can I place an order?
Our customers have several options when ordering from us.

What are your hours of operation?
Our friendly, knowledgeable customer service staff is available Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. -
6:00 p.m. (EST).
Can we get our account information online?
Yes, after completing an authorization form, you can view orders and invoices by going to
www.pelsupply.com.

How can I get a catalog?
After processing your application, you will be assigned an account number and sent a
free catalog. If you are already a PEL customer, either call customer service,
email customer service, fax your request
or place an order online.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Payment may be made in the form of check, Visa, MasterCard or C.O.D. Bank wire transfers
and electronic funds transfers are accepted from our international customers. See
Terms of Sale for complete details.
What are my shipping options?
We work very hard to make sure you have exactly what you need, when and where you
need it. Orders received for in-stock items by 5:30 p.m. (EST) will be shipped out the same
day. These are the carrier choices we use to make that happen:
• UPS
• FedEx
• U.S. Postal Service
• Motor Freight
• Customers in the Continental US may also use our Special UPS Next Day Air Saver

What if I need to return something?
Simply call our Returns Department for a RMA (Return Material Authorization) before returning
